Food Diary: The beginning xp

I want this scale gahh its so cute

Losing weight has got to be one of the hardest processes in life. Some say it is one of the easiest but for me it is hard because one I just love food! I try to eat healthy but its almost as if I have a strange addiction eating. 

My diagnoses: I eat past the point of being full just because its there.

Now how horrible is that? Like now im sitting here feeling as if I am bursting at the seams because I devoured an entire tuna footlong sub from subway. I was already full eating half but no there I go.  I cant even say its comfort because now I feel so uncomfortable and contemplating going and throwing up to release the bulge in my belly absolutely grotesque right??!!!

Detox:  I’ve been reading up on these cleanses that you can do to detoxify the body and I am contemplating doing a couple. I feel Fat unhealthy and out of control.

I’m using myfitnesspal app on my phone to track my calorie intake and exercise but I haven’t updated all the way.  IDK I have to take control of this…obesity is so not cute!

Lol okay I am done with my rant on fatness for the day besides the bible clearly states:

Psalm 109:24 “²⁴ My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.”

Lol just kidding but honest to goodness sometimes I believe if you do not focus on the things that are most important you can and you will lose grip on the value of life. We life each day as if tomorrow is promised when I believe we should live each day in the opposite perspective. Live to change someone or something in this world living for self will definitely leave you unfulfilled and wanting for something that’s just not there. Appreciate the great and small and most of all smile and trust that God loves you and is going to make a better way for you.  He is the epitome of love.

I made another hair bow…only took two photos but what the heck! I’m probably going to do a youtube video on it later…I miss my subbiez. This time around I will be straight legit no compromise no blurring of the lines just focused.

Review: Monster M3 Super Concentrate Energy Drink

Energy Drink: Monster M3 Super Concetrate

Initial Thoughts/Packaging: I think the packaging is absolutely adorable. I came inside of my local Turkey Hill searching for something to wake me up. So I headed straight to the beverage coolers. I knew I didn’t want the taste of burnt coffee so I browsed the energy drinks. My eyes locked on this little baby right here. Initially I thought it looked like a mini bottle of alcohol like rolling rock lol upon further inspection I seen that it said it was an energy drink.  I grabbed it and read the back it states:

“This little bottle of Super Concetrated Monster madness packs a 16oz punch into only 50z of liquid. Our unique nitrous technology mellows out the flavor. A shot its not…but then you don’t have to plug your nose to drink it!!

Slogan: Grab an M3 glass and kick some a**

Upon Opening: It released a fruity typical energy drink smell it reminded me of lip balm to be honest =D yes I am such a girl! Citrus or Blue berry almost. It is a little difficult to open but not impossible I read somewhere you needed a bottle opener. Pure NONSENSE I twisted this baby's lid right off all you need to do is put a napkin over it so you dont hurt your hand and I must say I am a weakling lol!!!

My first Swig: They are correct you do not have to hold your nose but you definitely are assaulted by a overly sweet syrupy taste. But all in all not to bad I definitely would not recommend chugging this thing it might be a bad experience and more then likely you will probably hurl besides there is massive carbonation so I do not think your body would allow you to unless this thing were flat.

Time to kick in: I took my initial drink at 10:41 and finished up about 10:48 ….

Felt the Kick: about 11:00 i must say you do feel the rush pretty immediately.  Your not all shakey or anything but I would highly recommend you having something to do because even as I type this I am typing abnormally fast and I feel like really just jumping out of my seat at work and doing the mambo lol no but really it is an intense amount of energy. Love it!

Overall I think its not a bad bang for your buck 2.49 for an energy drink that lasts a couple of hours I would say good deal your averaging cents on the hour.

My opinion buy it drink it and keep the bottle for memories.
